Public Participation at Work
This technical memorandum provides examples of public participation approaches, paying particular attention to an environmental justice framework. Some of the most important features of effective participation include providing multiple ways for stakeholders to participate, as well as explicitly allowing feedback throughout the process. Our work draws from national examples in addition to our own ongoing work in Baltimore.
